Gold or silver jewellery, coins and bars, by their metal and without stones, at today’s gold price. If the stones or the designer name add value, we will guide you.
How a valuation in the shop works
- Bring your items. And your ID if you want to sell.
- We weigh them in front of you.
- We test the purity. By X-ray or acid test.
- We tell you the value. You decide: compare with what others payES (in Spanish).
Is it an inheritance?
We value each lot (it is not a formal expert or official report): inherited gold and silver.
Questions about valuations
How do I know if a piece is gold?
Look for the stampES (in Spanish): 750, 585 or 375 mean 18ct, 14ct or 9ct gold. If there is none or you cannot read it, bring it in and we test the purity in front of you.
Is it gold or plated?
‘GF’, ‘GP’, ‘RGP’ or ‘plated’ mean another metal with a layer of gold, which is not paid as gold.
Do you give the valuation in writing?
Yes, always. And it is free.
Does a valuation oblige me to sell?
No. We tell you what your items are worth and you decide. If you do not want to sell, you take them home.
