How much does storage cost?
0.8% of the metal’s value a year, plus VAT: for €10,000 of metal, €96.80 a year. The reference value and how to pay are set out in the agreement.
How much does it cost to keep gold in a bank?
It depends on each bank and its safe-deposit boxes: ask your bank to compare.
Where is the metal kept?
We explain it before you sign: where it is kept, who has access and how it is protected.
Can you value what I have first?
Yes. We can value your jewellery, coins and bars in the shop, with no obligation.
Is storage a bank deposit?
No. It is a service that keeps your items safe: it is not a money deposit and it is not covered by Spain’s Deposit Guarantee Fund.
What if I want to sell what I have in storage?
We buy it at our published price per gram. The final amount is confirmed when we weigh it and test the purity in the shop.
